CEDF Foundation Board of Directors
The CEDF Foundation is a nonprofit corporation that is tax exempt under Section 501(C) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Its Board of Directors is responsible for general oversight of CEDF as a whole and, more particularly, oversight of the community development and technical assistance activities, which are the major activities of the CEDF Foundation. CEDF Corporation Board of Directors
The CEDF Corporation is a for profit corporation. All of the stock of the CEDF Corporation is owned by the CEDF Foundation, which elects its Board of Directors. The CEDF Corporation’s Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing CEDF’s lending and investment activities in the targeted communities, which are carried out through limited liability companies managed by the CEDF Corporation.
