Who is eligible?

  1. 501 c3 organizations (not required but encouraged)
  2. neighborhood groups
  3. local business groups
  4. coalitions of 1, 2, and 3

We fund locally-initiated, economic development projects.  Such projects can:

  1. improve the appearance of a streetscape,
  2. create attractions that draw people to your community,
  3. increase the sense of security in a neighborhood,
  4. increase opportunities for business creation and growth,
  5. and more

What we don’t fund:

  1. We do not provide funding to individuals or single businesses
  2. We do not fund housing projects
