Eligibility Criteria
There are now two different eligibility criteria for
participating in CEDF services.
Criteria 1
Your business can be located in an eligible Public or Targeted
Investment community. Those communities are shown in the table
below.

Criteria 2
If you are NOT located in one of the communities listed below,
you must meet income guidelines to be eligible for CEDF services,
which are defined as 100% of HUD state median income guidelines. For
2005 this is defined as $74,500 in family income or less.
