CEDF will be moving its offices to 965 East Main Street in Meriden in May of 2008. The new location, on the site of the former Lane Construction building, will make us more centrally accessible to community partners and clients throughout the state.

CEDF Foundation Board of Directors

The CEDF Foundation is a nonprofit corporation that is tax exempt under Section 501(C) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Its Board of Directors is responsible for general oversight of CEDF as a whole and, more particularly, oversight of the community development and technical assistance activities, which are the major activities of the CEDF Foundation. CEDF Corporation Board of Directors

The CEDF Corporation is a for profit corporation. All of the stock of the CEDF Corporation is owned by the CEDF Foundation, which elects its Board of Directors. The CEDF Corporation's Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing CEDF's lending and investment activities in the targeted communities, which are carried out through limited liability companies managed by the CEDF Corporation. The CEDF Corporation is an investment partner in CEDF 1, LLC along with several Connecticut financial institutions: Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, Citizens Bank, People's Bank, Banknorth Group, Liberty Bank, First Union, Bank of America, Sovereign Bank, Webster Bank, First County Bank, U.S. Trust Company, JPMorgan Chase, New Alliance Bank, and Wachovia.  CEDF I, LLC is managed by the CEDF Corporation. The CEDF 1, LLC Credit Committee consists of several members of the Corporate Board and also the following members:
