CEDF Organization brings together three affiliated organizations with one mission: strengthening Connecticut’s neighborhood economies through flexible financing and technical support.
- CEDF Foundation
The nonprofit parent organization of CEDF Corporation and provides shared program and operating services for all affiliates. Its Board oversees organization-wide strategy and Foundation operations. - CEDF Fund I, LLC
A certified CDFI that provides small business financing throughout Connecticut with support from 26 investors. It is managed by CEDF Corporation. - CEDF Corporation
A wholly owned subsidiary of CEDF Foundation that manages the lending and operations of CEDF Fund I, LLC. Its Board oversees Fund I operations and helps implement strategy in coordination with the CEDF Foundation Board.
The Community Economic Development Fund Foundation, Inc.
The CEDF Foundation is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization. Its Board of Directors s responsible for general oversight of CEDF as a whole and the oversight of the community development and business advisory activities.

The Community Economic Development Fund Corporation
The CEDF Corporation is organized as a for-profit entity. All of the stock of the Corporation is owned by the Foundation. The Corporation Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing lending and investment activities, which are carried out through limited liability companies managed by the Corporation.
