Frederick Welk is CEDF's Director of Business Development and also serves as a Business Advisor. He is responsible for the organization's business education programming. Before joining the organization in 2013, he spent more than 30 years in specialty retailing and franchise development, operating his own company for 23 years. As an adjunct lecturer for CT State Community College, he has taught a variety of entrepreneurship, marketing and accounting application courses.
