Karen Maciorowski, MBA, is a mission-driven nonprofit executive with extensive experience in finance, operations, human resources, governance, technology, compliance, and organizational transformation. Throughout her career, she has served in senior leadership roles across community development finance, nonprofit associations, United Way, community foundation, and economic development organizations.

 

As Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CEDF, Karen partners with executive leadership and the Board to strengthen financial strategy, operational infrastructure, compliance, investment oversight, and long-term sustainability. She plays a strategic role in building organizational capacity, improving systems, diversifying resources, and positioning mission-driven organizations for thoughtful growth and greater community impact.

 

Known for her integrity, transparency, and solution focused leadership, Karen is passionate about the nonprofit sector and the power of strong, well-managed organizations to create meaningful change. She holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Regis University and a BSBA from Western New England College.
