Lisa Valliere is a Commercial Senior Underwriter at CEDF, where she helps small businesses access the financing needed to start, grow, and thrive. With nearly 30 years of experience in commercial lending, underwriting, credit analysis, and portfolio management, she brings a deep understanding of risk assessment and business finance to her role.

Before joining CEDF in 2021, Lisa spent more than 16 years at Webster Bank, serving in commercial underwriting and business banking roles of increasing responsibility. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with business bankers or loan officers to evaluate financing opportunities and to provide the support required to make sound lending decisions that benefit both the business and potential client(s).

Lisa is passionate about helping entrepreneurs achieve their goals and contributing to CEDF's mission of expanding economic opportunity and fostering vibrant communities.
