Why you see Spanish language announcements periodically

According to the U.S. Census Bureau there are more than 400,000 Spanish speaking residents of Connecticut. To serve CEDF's mission of outreach to underserved populations, we've begun an expansion of our business education programming in Spanish.

Building an email list of those who prefer to use our Spanish language programming is a continuing effort. In the meantime, we've found we receive numerous program registrations when we promote the availability to our entire email list. So you'll see periodic emails in Spanish in addition to our weekly Business Education Center calendar emails.
