Seminar and Workshop Policies
Cancellations due to inclement weather – Announcements regarding CEDF closing, event cancellations, and/or delays will be communicated through one or more of the following sources:

When practical, seminars and workshops will be rescheduled. Requests for refunds will be honored for paid events.
Attendee withdrawal of registration and refunds – All CEDF event registration withdrawal requests must be made at least seven days in advance of the event to receive a refund. Requests must be made via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. For requests received between six days and 48 hours, a credit toward a future CEDF workshop or seminar will be provided. Withdrawal of a paid registration less than 48 hours from an event will not be refunded or credited.
Accommodations – For ADA and other special accommodations, please provide a minimum of a two week notice by contacting Fred Welk at email@example.com. All requests must be received in writing. To discuss the request further, contact Fred by email and provide a phone number.
